The game challenges players to skillfully dodge incoming projectiles and obstacles, emphasizing quick reactions and control mastery within an immersive digital environment. The initial idea was to make a game that can be easy learned but hard mastered.
what i learned
As Lead Programmer and Scrum Master in a 6-person team, I led the development of a fast-paced mobile bullet hell game. I prototyped and scripted all player mechanics, built levels, and implemented VFX, particle systems, shaders, and post-processing to enhance visual feedback. I programmed the tutorial system, game managers, and handled extensive optimization to ensure smooth mobile performance. Beyond coding, I managed the team’s agile workflow, coordinated sprints, and resolved engine-related challenges. This project sharpened my skills in mobile development, responsive control systems, and technical leadership, while reinforcing the importance of communication and iteration in delivering a polished experience.
